Mask Shaming

I know it's a thing.  Mask shaming.  But in reality - I consider wearing a mask right now in these times fighting for humanity!

I get annoyed when I see people with the mask not over their nose.  What the heck?  It's weird, I know.  I get annoyed also when my glasses fog up while wearing one, but know what it's necessary.

Last year, I had to go into the hospital about a month before the shelter in place.  I had my knee replaced and developed blood clots.  Everyone was sick with the flu and so forth and I wore a mask.  Before that, waiting on my surgery, I stayed home, away from people, because I had to wait so long for my surgery.  Know what?  It worked.  I have not had an upper respiratory infection for 2 years, knock on wood.

I heard from the medical community that there have hardly been any cases of the flu - largely due to the precautions we are taking.

I like working from home and am very focused. 

So that's my rant so far for this year....
